Do all children need to wear socks?
Yes, any child or parent using the equipment must wear socks.
When can I arrive to set up the party?
You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of your booking to set up your party room.
What age do we pay for the children to enter?
We charge admission for all children over the age of 1. To view our admission prices click here.
Do parents have to pay to enter?
We do not charge admission for adults.
My child has dietary requirements, what do I do?
We are able to cater for gluten free/dairy free requirements; however, we will need to know in advance. To schedule a GF/DF meal please contact our party coordinator here. As an alternative, you are welcome to bring additional food for your child if you wish.
Can we stay and play after the party?
Yes! We offer unlimited play for guests at our parties; however, our centre closes at 4pm, so any guests attending a 2:30pm party will not be able to play afterwards.
Can I bring a piñata?
Yes, you can, however, it will need to be handled by our staff on the day. Hand the Piñata to our team on the day and they will arrange for it to be hung. All lollies are to be wrapped, and all mess will need to be cleaned up.
Is there an option to heat up our food?
Due to food health and safety reasons, we are unable to offer food heating facilities.
What is the maximum amount of children that one room can hold?
We can accommodate 40 children and adults in the party room at the moment due to current COVID restrictions.
